LOVING YOURSELF
When is it that you will decide to LOVE yourself. We always are seeking truth outside ourselves and never trusting or accepting the answers from with in. We all try so hard to be healed, but never decide to to actually heal. We run from our own wounds and try to heal others. When will you stop trying to do so much on the outside and look deep with in? Stop, just Stop what you are doing. Look and listen to yourself, no one else just you. You are a spiritual being, stop trying to do so much or figure out where you "should" be, but find yourself. Say hello to that soul inside and realize that it does not matter where you are or what you are doing as long as you have decided to LOVE YOURSELF!!!!!
What I am telling you is so easy, yet the hardest for most to face. It is so hard because you have to look at the ugly side of you and love it. You have to forgive yourself and then forgive others because they are no better or worse than you. You will have to take the responsibility for you and will not be able to blame another. You will be whole and realize that everyone around you is not. You will realize that you are in the minority and that alone is scary. You will see without your eyes and hear without your ears and then you will start to "know". The "knowing" is what you seek yet run away from, because you will then see that what you have believed to be true your whole life will no longer exist. This is part of the process, a process that if you really want to be healed you will take and will be different in ways you have never imagined. I am that I am.
If you do not that is OK, just realize what you are choosing.

JUDGMENT:
To be free is to be free of judgment. Not only judgment of yourself, but your judgment of others. Judgment is energy that confuses the mind because the judgments are not based from TRUTH but from a low self esteem or image that causes someone to fear or envy what is unknown to them.
Judgmental energy is based on a lie, on a falsehood that does not exist. When you judge, you try to convince yourself or that of another that you know best, or that you know more about them and their ways than they do. When you are judged it stops your own intuition energy and makes you spend a lot of time discerning what is TRUTH. When you are lied to you, intuition tells you that there is not truth here, yet it does not always reach the mind, because the mind has been taught to trust the TRIBE and not thy self.
To trust thy self is to trust GOD, for you are made in the image of him. To trust in man more than GOD, you have just served a false God.
To Trust the judgment that money, status and how big your house is depicts if you are "good" or not is abomination of any intuition or love that is within your self. You only judge for fear that someone else may have a better life than you. However if you were truly happy and at peace, you wouldn't care what anyone else was doing.
You may ask, what about God's judgment? Does God Judge?
I can't give you an exact answer, but I don't believe that we know what his/her/it's plan truly is, there for can't not know if or what he would judge. It makes more sense to me that he is an advocate for our freedom and our spirit to know him, and in that place there can be no judgment.
YOUR LIFE is not about things, travel, degrees and money. YOUR LIFE is about the ability to know yourself and accept others so that you can live in spiritual freedom together. So that you can trust each others energy as well as your own relationship to the beyond. Nothing else matters, nothing else is based in truth.
Love today and accept those around you, because they are exactly where they are suppose to be too.
Perception and Emotion
Emotions are just your experiences resurfacing. The way you react to your surroundings is not always in truth, but in a way that allows you to feel the familiarity of the situation and bring forth only those aspects.
Your emotions are conditioned by your experiences, your health, your chemical makeup, and most of all what you have been trained to think by the masses. Although I believe emotion is a great and wonderful gift, it is not based in truth. In order to see TRUTH you must look beyond what you know and accept the information of what is a mystery. You must allow your intuitive self to connect to God (or the highest of the high) and ask to see truth. Only when you look from an outside perspective can you see what is real.

Energy can not be Created or Destroyed
If you have ever wondered if there is an after life, or about the concept of God, you may want to contemplate energy.
You Are Energy
If you are energy that means that the energetic you can not be destroyed, it can morf, merg, turn inside out, but can not be destroyed. Do you have to ask now, if there is an after life? Do you really think that you are just your physical body?
How about God?
God is defined as: Always was and Always will be. (a very similar definition as the law of energy)
What happens when we die?, well that is an age old question that many religions, gurus and mystics have been trying to answer for years. Do any of them really know?
NO, I nor anyone on this earth can tell you what exactly will happen when you die. Anyone who claim such things, does not speak in TRUTH.
However
I can tell you this;
You are energy and due to being energy you will live on. Just as the energy of this earth will live on after it's final days. I am so sick of people living in fear of Armageddon, the end of the world, 20/12, and all such things.
Here is the TRUTH. The world will end some day.
But you will always live on.
To live in Fear of Tomorrow, is your way of trying to die today.
So my advise; Relax
Clear the clutter and live in TRUTH
1/19/09 TRUST
If I where to tell anyone, what the single most important thing to spirituality is, it would be TRUST. Some may talk about trusting yourself and that you need to learn to trust your instincts and intuition. Although that may be a part of trust, I am talking about a different type of trust. It is the trust where you "let go" and allow your experiences to flow like a musical composition, where every note leads perfectly into the next, with a beautiful orchestra of sound that rings through the body as TRUTH.
It's the type of trust, where your body is clean and your attachments have flowed out your finger tips and toes. And now you are able to see your soul, your light and you have room for the divine to show you who you know you are.
TRUST!!!
You are at the right moment, there are no coincidences, and there is nothing to fear. You will always be taken care of. Unburden yourself and LIVE!!!
It is a choice. Choose right now to live in truth, to unmask truth in your life, so that you can know what trust feels like.
When you let go, you do not loose anything, in fact you create room to gain so much more.
